Strategic Plan Meeting - March 17th 2021
Starting in January 2021, Marjorie Mann embarked on updating the Centre’s Strategic Plan. Firstly, families, children and staff participated in an online survey. All the responses were collated and discussed in the strategic plan meeting. The meeting was filled with passion, dedication and innovation. It was attended by staff, committee members and families and facilitated by Jennifer Chaplyn from Same Page Consulting.
Collectively, we have created an exciting journey ahead for Marjorie Mann, with the main beneficiaries the children at the Centre of every decision. Attached is our finalized strategic Plan with all our current values and priorities until 2025.
